JTGT-C Geared Trolley
Operated by pulling the hand chain, the JTGT-C Geared Trolley efficiently moves along the lower edge of an I-beam. Its versatility makes it suitable for deployment in various environments such as factories, mines, wharves, docks, warehouses, construction sites, and machine rooms. This trolley is specifically designed for installing machinery equipment and lifting goods.
Tailored for work environments without power, it prioritizes safety and straightforward maintenance, boasting a compact structure and a small package size. The wheel distance is easily adjustable, making it compatible with various types of I-beams. With a high transmission efficiency that requires minimal output, it can navigate with a small turning diameter. The hinge links the left and right side plates, ensuring equal force distribution.
To ensure safety, refrain from loading exceeding the rated capacity of the hand trolley. Strictly avoid working or passing under a load to prevent accidents. Regularly apply grease to the bearings and rail surfaces, concurrently checking for any firmware looseness. In the presence of anomalies, immediately cease product use, investigate the cause, and rectify it. Regular maintenance is essential for optimal functionality.
